1. All posters should be written in English and will be displayed in the Lobby of Dewan Seri Iskandar UiTM Perak throughout the symposium.
2. Posters should be printed in AO size measuring 600 mm (width) x 900 mm (height) and oriented in portrait format.
3. The title should be in BOLD and approximately 25% larger than normal text.
4. Author's affiliations and e-mail address for corresponding authors should be included.
5. Body of poster should start with a short introduction followed by (eg.) objectives, study area, methods, discussion, results and conclusions which is clearly indicated.
6. Graphics of poster should be clear and simple with contrasting colours.
7. Figures, tables and photographs should be simple and clearly show what the audience want to see.
8. Use appropriate blank space between words, sections and figures.
9. Use appropriate and compatible colours for fonts, backgrounds and graphics.
10. Text of poster should be easily readable from a distance of 1-2 metres and use 1.5 or 2 lines of spaces between each line.
11. Text should be kept to a minimum and each block of text should include no more than a few sentences.
12. Smaller fonts may be used in citations and acknowledgement.
13. Suggested font sizes are as follow:
Font Type: Times New Roman
Main Title: 96 point (BOLD, UPPER CASE)
Author (s): 72 point (Bold, Title Case)
Affiliation(s): 48 point (normal, Title Case)
Subheading: 36 point (BOLD, UPPER CASE)
Body of Text: 24 point (normal)
